Round and round the pedals go from spring through summer and into late fall. Once November rolls around it's hard to stimey winter's excitement. The winter season is long and in a good year extends well into summer around CO, we can thank our high elevation for that. So, each year I try to pace myself, start a bit later, let the base build up, rocks and stumps get covered, but every year I fail. I'm not sure why I keep fighting the urge to ski in the early season, year after year. On Novermber 1st, I can't help it, I'm pulled into skiing and that's something I'm ok with, it's natural at this point.
