wild lands are exploited for digital likes
pipelines and gas rigs disrupt your horizon
every hour is rush hour
no longer living in unison with the land
taken for granted- abused and overused
trailheads are small cities
the greenback dollar paves the way
hustle distorts the vision
always chasing something
destroying what remains
while finding nothing along the way
eat the rich and pizza
i miss the old colorado.
